Dr. Michael Brown opened Maritime Physical Therapy in August 2023, and the practice has been growing since. We are hiring across five roles right now. Hours are flexible and positions can be full time or part time. Below is everything the practice can honestly tell you before you get in touch, and nothing it cannot.
Maritime Physical Therapy is a single outpatient practice at 715 State Rd, in the Manomet village of Plymouth. Dr. Michael Brown opened it in August 2023. Four clinicians treat here and all four hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Manomet is a small beach community, so this is a short-commute clinic where the front desk knows people by name and reputation travels by word of mouth.
Care here is hands-on and one on one. The practice specialises in manual therapy, offers functional dry needling, and incorporates Pilates-based exercise into rehab. Whatever role you hold, clinical or front of house, you are on a small team where the approach is consistent and everybody knows what the day looks like. The practice won a Best of Plymouth business award in 2024 and again in 2025.
Flexible hours are available and roles can be full time or part time. That is documented, and it is what we will hold to. Salary, benefits and start dates are not published on this site, because we would rather you hear those from Dr. Brown in a real conversation than read a number we cannot stand behind. Ask him directly and you will get a straight answer.
There is no application form on this website. The booking form further down this page schedules patient appointments, and sending it will not put your name in front of anyone hiring.
