One clinic, one address, no phone tree. We are at 715 State Rd in Manomet, the small beach village of Plymouth, and patients drive in from Plymouth, Duxbury, Kingston, Marshfield and across the South Shore. Whether you are coming down from the north end of Plymouth or up from the Cape side, put 715 State Rd into your maps app and it will bring you to the door. Prefer to hear it from a person? Call the clinic and we will talk you in.
Your first visit is a full hands-on evaluation with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, not a quick intake with an aide. We take the history, watch how you actually move, and test until we can point at the thing producing your symptoms. You leave that session knowing what is driving the pain and what recovery should realistically look like.
The sore spot is rarely the whole story. A stiff hip turns into back pain. A shoulder blade that will not hold position turns into a burning neck. We treat the driver with hands-on manual therapy and targeted movement, and your therapist tells you why each technique is being used. Sessions run 30 to 60 minutes, one on one, start to finish.
Calming the pain down is the easy half. Rebuilding is what makes it stay gone. We load the tissue progressively until it can handle your job, your sport and your Saturday, then send you out with a home program written for you. Most patients notice improvement within about six visits, on a typical plan of two to three visits a week for four to six weeks.
